Based on its 4-door sedan version, the S123 station wagon was the first ever to be built directly by Mercedes. Introduced in 1977, it benefits from all the features that made the W123 a legendary model for its reliability and robustness. Its design took much of its inspiration from its older brother W116 (S-Class). The “T” model, as the station wagon were called, are substantially rarer (8% of the total produced). It came to bring an already known versatility of use that only vans provide, combined with the quality of Mercedes construction, transforming into vehicles that increasingly exalt the spirit of collectors and lovers of classic cars.

Here we present a national van, matching numbers and colors, having its first 2 owners detained it for 36 years, always well esteemed, with small cosmetic and mechanical interventions in order to maintain all its beauty and reliability. It is the 230 TE version, manual gearbox, equipped by the then new Mercedes 2,300cc injection engine, delivering 134hp, transforming driving into something extremely pleasant.
